CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE OF CAT OR KITTEN
	PLEASE READ, SIGN AND RETURN WITH DEPOSIT TO: BONNIE LINDSEY RIVERPALMS BENGALS 1217 SAGERVILLE ROAD BAINBRIDGE, PA  17502 A SIGNED COPY OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE MAILED BACK TO YOU ALONG WITH A RECEIPT FOR YOUR DEPOSIT. Additional information for you is also included in this contract for easy reference. Our contract is very basic and it is for your protection, our protection, and the protection of your kitten.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding this contract, please ask and we will be happy to explain everything to you.   We guarantee that you will receive a healthy kitten.  Our cats have all had testing done and negative results are available on request.  Before going home, your kitten will be examined by a veterinarian and will have a health certificate from that veterinarian as well as the first set of vaccinations.  All kittens will also be routinely treated with Drontal and Revolution as prevention against worms, mites, and fleas or ticks.  Your kitten will be due for its booster shots and rabies vaccine three weeks after the first set was given. You will have 72 hours to take your kitten to your own vet for an examination.  In the event of any problem found on examination by your vet, you may return your kitten right away for a refund or replacement.  After this time period, we cannot be responsible for any type of transmitted or contagious illness a kitten may come in contact with after leaving our cattery.  However, we will guarantee the health of all kittens up to a year if a problem should arise due to a condition present at birth.  This will require documentation and/or testing done by your veterinarian.   If you purchase a pet kitten, you agree to have this kitten spayed or neutered in a timely manner.  TICA registration will be forwarded to you only after you send us a copy of the spay/neuter certificate for the kitten.   If you purchase a breeder with an agreement for delayed payment of breeding rights, TICA registration will be sent to you when we receive that payment.  These papers will be made out to the person who purchased the kitten from us. When a kitten is purchased as a breeder with payment made in full at the time the kitten is picked up or shipped, you will receive the registration right away. If a kitten is to be picked up here, we will only release your kitten to YOU unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon in advance.   If for any reason you are in a position that you can no longer keep your cat or kitten, you agree to contact us and you will never place this cat or kitten in a humane shelter or sell the kitten to a pet shop. A deposit of $100 is required to hold the kitten of your choice.  We have had to make some changes in this policy in that we will not hold a kitten under any circumstances without a deposit and this deposit is not refundable.  We accept credit card payments through Paypal, cash, checks and money orders, but we will not accept payments via Western Union due to frequency of fraud with this payment method.  If you choose to use Paypal, please let us know and we will send you a Paypal payment request. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved and it is nontransferable.  In the event that this cat or kitten is resold, this contract is null and void.
